Device Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Review the new process

2. Produce Test Pattern and ESD Cell

3. Support product development

4. Analyze and improve the defects found in Initial Process

5. Analyze competitor's product process

6. Magwel Simulation

Desirable Skills

1. Has general knowledge of the semiconductor process
2. Has a good understanding of the semiconductor devices' structure and behavior (LDMOS, BJT, ESD, etc)
3. Has the general understanding of PDK
4. Skilled in using Cadence Layout and TCAD tool

Education Requirements
