1. Have experience in S/W development and maintenance

2. Have experience in C#(ASP.NET, NET Framework)/Java(Spring), Web Development

3. Have knowledge and experience in DBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)

4.  A person who has good communication skills, able to work with other developers

5. A person who can speak Chinese(Mandarin)
