Job Description

- Investors Relation: Prepare financial/accounting information requested by shareholders/investors

- Managerial Accounting: Analyze company internal data to evaluate different products/business lines within the company

- Market Analysis: Monitor market comparable companies for business and stock price performance

- Transfer Pricing: structuring transfer pricing for cross-border trades with affiliate companies

- Contract management: analyze and monitor various contracts signed by the company

- Other administrative roles for financial/accounting management

Job qualification

- Education: College graduate with business/finance/accounting major

- Language: Fluency in English or Chinese are preferred

- Strong Team player with enthusiasm

- Interest in semiconductor industry
