Silicon Mitus is actively seeking a Reliability Engineer who has great experience in reliability test for power semiconductor IC application.

Job Description 

1. Performing the Reliability test (include making a R/T plan)
   - Preparing a evualation plan for product qualification and device performance improvement (include new products, change products)
   - Performing the Device intrinsic reliability test (HTOL, ESD, EFR)
   - Performing the Package environment reliability test
   - Interpret reliability test results and improve product performance follow-up

2. Reliability Lab management
    - R/T equipment maintance (Board / Product sample / Socket)
    - Hardware setting and manufacturing (HTOL / THB board
    - Directly operation of HTOL and ESD zapper equipment

3. Reliability test Data log analysis (Raw data gathering and reporting)

4. Quality Management System documentation and maintanance (Development stage and Mass productiion stage management)

Desirable skills

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Major in Electronics, industrial, Material) and +3years of working experience in semiconductor QE
2. Experienced reliability test work on fabless or IDM company
3. Understand failure mechanism of semiconductor and understand physical failure analysis method and reliability test theory
4. Well understand business model and culture of Fabless company
5. Positive mind and smooth communication skills (preferrred for English/Chinese speakers)
6. A person who does not fall under the following grounds for disqualification
   A. A person who has no reason to be disqualified on an overseas business trip
   B. A person who has no reason for disqualification when inquiring about his/her history of criminal and sexual violence crimes
